Therapeutic Approaches

Over the 30 years involvement in studying, training and practicing psychotherapy I have embraced several approaches and modalities. Some I have kept and developed, some I haven’t. By drawing from a wide range of influences I focus on what I sense may work most effectively with each person or couple. Sometimes an old, almost forgotten approach or idea comes in on the wind and make itself useful!
